골짜기엔
순간의 혼란된 행위들이
나무 꼭대기에서 꼭대기로
날카롭게 소리치며 날아간다
현재보다
희박한 대기 속에서 입을 다문 돌들이
산꼭대기에서 꼭대기로
제비처럼 미끄러져
마침내 존재의 변경(邊境) 지대
머나먼 고원에 이른다
그곳에서
우리의 모든 행위들이
유리처럼 선명하게 떨어진다
바로 우리들 자신
내면의 바닥으로

절망이 제 가던 길을 멈춘다
고통이 제 가던 길을 멈춘다
독수리가 제 비행을 멈춘다
열망의 빛이 흘러나오고
유령들까지 한 잔 들이켠다
빙하시대 스튜디오의 붉은 짐승들
우리 그림들이 대낮의 빛을 바라본다
만물이 사방을 둘러보기 시작한다
우리는 수백씩 무리지어 햇빛 속으로 나간다
우리들 각자는 만인을 위한 방으로 통하는
반쯤 열린 문
발밑엔 무한의 벌판
나무들 사이로 물이 번쩍인다
호수는 땅 속으로 통하는 창(窓)
