내 마음의 우물
돌멩이 하나를 던져보면 압니다.
돌이 물에 닿는데 걸리는 시간과,
그때 들리는 소리를 통해서
우물의 깊이와 양을 알 수 있는 것입니다.
내 마음의 깊이는
다른 사람이 던지는 말을 통해
알 수 있습니다.
내 마음이 깊으면
그 말이 들어오는데 시간이
오래 걸립니다.
그리고 깊은 울림과 여운이 있습니다.
누군가의 말 한마디에
흥분하고 흔들린다면
아직도 내 마음이 얕기 때문입니다.
마음이 깊고 풍성하면 좋습니다.
이런 마음의 우물가에는
사람들이 모이고
갈증이 해소 되며 새 기운을 얻습니다.
비난이나 경멸의 말(돌 던짐)에
내 우물은 어떻게 반응할까요?
내 마음의 우물은 얼마만큼
깊고 넓을까요?
